Use words if necessary

 The muscle pain in between my hip and back has returned.   Started running more and lessened the walking.   Seems to have aggrevated the area significantly.   I am on no running.  I walk during the day in small doses.

 The kayak has been my hour of reality break in the morning.  It has been enjoyable.   The weight of 184 seems too much so this needs addressed.  Weight will pile on if the intake is not limited and 1-2 hours of light exercise is not applied to the mix.

 We are all told at some point in our own minds the dream is gone.  Not forgotten, but definitely almost all the way to Hoboken.
